Kansas City Business Journal reports the City Plan Commission will review a rezoning request for a $20 million conversion of the Belmont Hotel into 101 apartments by Linwood Equity Investment LLC. SWD Architects is the architect of the renovation with Embrasse Moi by Caitlin Benedict heading up design and construction coordination.
