As a 1990 graduate of the University of Kansas, Tim has over 30 years of professional experience as an architect.  His professional experience includes being one of the managing principals of SWD Architects, master planning, site planning, building design, project management, construction administration and construction review.

Tim has multiple types of project experience in master planning, site planning, health care, industrial, historic renovation and preservation, senior housing, multi-family housing, and tenant finish projects.
