SWD Architects is providing its design expertise for the historic restoration of the Century Building in downtown Webb City, Missouri. This turn of the century building features an expansive ground floor storefront that leads to intricate brick detailing on the upper story and a unique bay window. A mixed-use program is being studied that would entail a ground floor mix of commercial and residential uses with a purely residential use on the upper story.
