American Electric Lofts

The American Electric Loft’s project consists of 140 units with commercial lease spaces, a management office, lobbies, a fitness room and community space. The project also incorporates numerous sustainability techniques, along with various universal design strategies.

The building is a Historic Building listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building was constructed in 1892 as a classic example of the architectural Richardsonian Romanesque style and is marked by its massive masonry structure and round-arched windows. The facade is highlighted with terra-cotta motifs that give it a renaissance-era flair.
