These lofts have heavy timber ceilings and exposed brick walls. Unit finishes feature granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, restored hardwood, polished concrete flooring and contemporary baths. The project includes a fitness facility and a private resident storage area. Butler Brothers was built in 1909 and is designated on the National Registry of Historic Places. This building originally served as a dry goods storage warehouse for The Butler Brothers Company.
