KC Kaves consists of two buildings with 26 garage condos per building. Each garage contains 1,250 square feet with finished drywall and concrete floor. Garage ceilings range from 16ft-18ft high. Units come standard with insulated gypsum board walls, insulated overhead doors, heat and domestic water connections. The units come standard with heating but can be upgraded with air conditioning. Each garage has one overhead door 12ft x14ft tall and one man-door off the side.
