Originally constructed in 1902 & 1922 for the International Shoe Company, this 5 story heavy timber building stretches over 450 feet in length.
The entire 148,000 square foot building complex had remained largely unaltered as a manufacturing facility prior to this renovation project.
With over 20 different loft style floor plans, this 115 unit apartment project was designed to highlight the massive and repetitive heavy timber structure, brick walls and large windows. Amenities incorporated into the overall renovation scope include an entry lobby, leasing office, fitness center and club room.
