Plaza 209 was originally built as an 83 unit high-rise building back in the 1950’s. It stands on the East side of the Plaza just a few blocks from the Nelson Atkins Museum and the historic Country Club Plaza shopping district. The building is a short bike ride from UMKC and Rockhurst University.

During the construction phase SWD Architects provided architectural visualization to assist the client in making quick design decisions.
