In early 2006, Rau Construction Company moved its offices to Building 35 at Corporate Woods from their former location of over 40 years. Included in the new 6,700 SF offices are a signature front lobby as well as expanded support areas and an archive that houses plans from projects throughout their 140 year history.

SWD services included initial organizational planning, design and layout of interior spaces, finish selection and construction drawings.
