The project combines community amenities, assisted living units, memory care units and independent living units in a single community.

The community includes 90 Independent living units with a combination of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. The assisted living center consists of 44 units, and the memory care consists of 16 units.

The community will include common areas and amenity spaces which include a commercial kitchen, separate dining areas, salons, libraries, demonstration kitchens, theaters, indoor pool and exercise rooms. Site amenities include enclosed courtyards for residents to enjoy in a secured environment, outdoor dining, dog park and carport parking.
