The project combines community amenities, assisted living units, memory care units and independent living units in a single community.

The community will include 91 Independent living units with a combination of studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom units. The assisted living center consists of 44 units, and the memory care consists of 18 units.

The community will include common areas and amenity spaces which include a commercial kitchen, separate dining areas, salons, libraries, demonstration kitchens, theaters, indoor pool and exercise rooms. Site amenities include enclosed courtyards for residents to enjoy in a secured environment, outdoor dining, dog park and carport parking.
