The project combines community amenities, assisted living units, memory care units and independent living units in a single community.

The community includes 91 Independent living units with a combination of studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom units. The assisted living portion consists of 44 units, and the memory care has 18 units.

The community includes common areas and amenity spaces for the residents which include a commercial kitchen, separate dining areas, salons, libraries, demonstration kitchens, theaters, indoor pool and exercise rooms. Site amenities include enclosed courtyards for residents to enjoy in a secured environment, outdoor dining, dog park and carport parking.
