Nordic Landing, a 41-unit apartment complex, is located west of the Grant Avenue Parkway on Catalpa Street on 2.4 acres in Springfield, MO. Of the 41-unit development, eight units will be set aside to serve youth aging out of foster care. The development is designed as high-quality affordable housing with 1- and 2-bedroom options. The first floor will include 3,400-square foot commercial space. A manager’s office and storage lockers for tenants also will be on the first floor, and the building will have a closed gate at night.
